The Ex-Housemates are going into a secret room with the "evicted" Housemate on Friday night, then they will all re-enter the Big Brother House on Sunday until the next eviction on the following Friday.

During tonight's Big Brother live show (June 5), Emma Willis revealed that the next Timebomb twist will be a fake eviction.

The housemates will remain unaware of Big Brother's plan, which will also see legendary contestants from Big Brother's past joining the 'evictee' in a 'Secret Lair'.

The public vote will go ahead as normal, with the housemate with the most votes instead being moved to the separate living quarters.

The 'evicted' housemate will then receive another shock when they discover that they will be living in seclusion with a number of legendary housemates from past Big Brother series.

This twist heralds the start of 'Time Warp Week', during which Big Brother will be springing a series of time travelling surprises, classic tasks and a roll call of famous faces from the past on the housemates.

'Evicted' housemates and their new acquaintances will also be set their own special tasks in the hours following the fake eviction, before they dramatically enter the main house during a special 'Big Brother Time Warp Week' launch programme on Sunday, June 14 at 9pm on Channel 5.

For the duration of 'Time Warp Week', the returning housemates will live with this year's remaining contestants until a true eviction takes place on Friday, June 19.

They enter on Friday in the secret lair and go back to the house on Sunday with the fake evictee.

This sucks :( I hadn't read any press releases and assumed the returnees would be housemates eligible to win. Not sure how long I'll be able to stick with it now that one of the remaining 7 has to be the winner, and that they're the ones who'll be left to carry it the next 50 odd days
