I personally don't think so, but the bookies are usually correct, so you never know. I think she is just bookies favorite by default because she hasn't really irritated anyone so the public has no reason to evict her.

Yes,I think she has good chance and the Hms will warm to her more and more as things get tough. Plus the fact that she isn`t likely get nominated much Imo. Voters will probaly need to see more of her entertaing side for her to actually win.

Cleo is a really nice person so she has a good chance of winning. However if big brother decide to do a hachet job on her then she could loose fans.
