This is what we are all seeing at the moment, he has found his voice and is standing up to Simon and Marc. :cheer2:
I say good on him, Nick and Joel have been a positive influence on Jack in the house. I think he handled things well fronting up to Slimey Simon in the garden and he was right, there was no just reason for the nomination, other than the fact SS didn't have the kahunas to nominate Chloe.

No, he's getting mad because his ego won't allow him to accept that people can and will nominate him. The show in the garden just showed how arrogant he truly is and you can bet that he'll react the same way to anyone that nominates him in the future.
He thinks he's got it won and he'll respond badly to anything that contradicts that.

No, he just found out that the fluid around his brain is actually 100% urine, not CSF, like normal people have.

Well he was being pathetic but I'd much rather the messy aggressive Jack than the Mr Nice Guy I assumed he was going to be on launch. Far funnier and makes for a much better housemate
Surprised people are complaining really (well actually I'm not but still). He was disliked on the way in cause it was assumed he'd be the house bore and now that he isn't he's slated. Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't. And I think we all know the real reason for that...

Anyone that does that to his body and lounges around like a fat lazy dork all day long has zero respect for himself, ergo he does not reserve the right to be critical of others and when he feels aggrieved because he was nominated, cant someone tell him its a game show and he has used the self same reason for nominating people in the past.
He just thinks his opinions are relevant and all his life he has gotten his own way. Not anymore son, Mac Donald's isn't a breeding ground for the young executives of the world, its one step up from the dole queue and nothing to be proud of to the extent he is trying to push. Ok he has a job, but please don't try to act like Einstein when you are blessed with only 2 gcse's or Rudolph Neyurev and you have a club foot and a ball sack resembling a peanut shell.

Someone on DS posted the transcript of the conversation Jack and Simon had last night, Jack just sounds so bitter lol
JACK: Simon, do you want to chat about it yeah?
SIMON: Later, if that's alright.
JACK: ...Well I'd rather chat about it.
SIMON: I'll chat later if that's alright?
JACK:... Well I'd rather chat about it if I'm being honest. I just want an honest reason why.
SIMON: I gave my reason. I told you.
JACK: An honest reason.
SIMON: I'm not lying to you. I just feel we don't connect and I hope we get to know each better. That's my reason and I'm going to stick to it.
JACK: Yeah but you bottled it didn't you?
SIMON: No, not at all.
JACK: You did.
SIMON: Not at all.
JACK: You did. You can't give an actual reason why you nominated me.
SIMON: I'd rather you didn't shout at me.
JACK: Pardon?
SIMON: I'd rather you didn't shout at me.
JACK: Well, I'm talking to you, so...
SIMON: That's my reason.
JACK: Simon, they asked you to elaborate on reasons and you said--
SIMON: --That I thought you were going to win the show, yes.
JACK: Yes but when asked in the diary room who you thought would win, you didn't mention my name. So that's another lie. Am I correct?
SIMON: No. I think you might win the show. And I hope this week we'll get to know each other better.
JACK: I feel no reason to, to be honest.
SIMON: Okay.
JACK: I felt I was trying to - and in a way you've just gone, "Here's the knife..." and...
SIMON: Not at all Jack.
JACK: In a way you have though, haven't you?
SIMON: Not at all Jack.
JACK: You have. What you've tried to do, is the same with Eileen. You nominated her and then you hung around with her all week.
SIMON: That was my reason.
JACK: No, no, no - let me talk at the same time. You nominated her and then you... Simon! Look at me! Don't think about yourself for once! I was trying to talk to you now. Listen. Okay? Last week you nominated Eileen, then you were hanging around with her all week because you felt guilty about the nomination. But I don't care and I'd rather you didn't do that with me, if I'm being honest.
SIMON: How do we conclude this?
JACK: Well, for example, if you don't like me I'd rather you just say.
SIMON: But I do like you.
JACK: Right. Okay. Well I'd rather you nominated me for an actual reason.
SIMON: I don't think we connect.
JACK: Yeah, okay, so when your crying on your bed and everyone walks out except me - and I'm there going, "Don't worry Simon, lift you head up." and then the next day, your crying again and I'm there, "Just battle through it."
SIMON: Well if you feel like you don't want to support me anymore. Don't.
JACK: Simon, Simon, tomorrows another day.
SIMON: How do we move forward?
JACK: Well I'll just get on with it. As I did before. But now I just feel betrayed in a way.
SIMON: I don't know what more to say to you.

But Simon used exactly the same reason that Jack used when nominating Adjoa. How is it okay for him to use the 'no connection' excuse, but not okay for Simon to use it?

His anger at the nomination was absurd, having no connection with someone sounds like a fair reason to me. Especially when you consider Jack himself nominated Eileen for her age.
And then he was harping on about feeling "betrayed" ... when he nominated Simon anyway.

I agree with you. All the Jack hate seems to have very little reason.
We've had people go on about his weight, his red face, his daring to stand up for what he thinks. Now he dared to question the lame reason for his one nomination and he is considered a bad sport. Even BB questioned it. I can't help feel he is being incredibly unfairly judged.

It's good that jack can stand up to the house bullies like Marc and Simon. I think this is why he is a very popular housemate inside and out of the house

Have you seen the bookies odds? and he has maximum 4 or 5 fans on here, hardly makes him Brian Dowling

He has a good right to be. His only opportunity to get something out of this show was that car.
He won't win it. I think Marc will, or Jade.
Not that I want either to.:joker:

The original housemates left over now are just boring, bitchy and generally self entitled which is hilarious to watch.
They all sit around like they are veterans of a war and bitch about how other housemates should be more considerate because someone on a >gameshow< just got voted off almost making out like she died, another complains about people putting sauce on a cocktail sausage whilst being around 20 stone himself and the other crowing king of douchebags has turned into a slimey big nosed pervert who has started coming on to "Miss self respect freedom titties"
I hope Marc drives them INSANE

Jack moaning about Nick not contributing anything. What does he think he contributes. He just moans and thinks he is sacred and should not be nominated.

This is a good point.
Just think it's also how you do it too cos anyone can create a row.
Funny he asked Simon if wanted to talk.
Then when Simon said no, said he wanted to anyway !
Liked him when he told Simon to grow up though !
So yeah fair play, he isn't frightened to speak up. :clap1: (unlike some !)

In fairness in terms of contributing to the running of the house he's cooked dinner at least once and at least in his head does some cleaning so he probably does that too. I think that's what he meant rather than what he contributes to the show
