Is Sam giving the wrong impression?

I can't work Sam out, as she tells Marc over and over again how she doesn't like some of what he says and is offended but doesn't really sound or look convincing, especially as she is smiling and laughing. Is it a wonder that he doesn't stop?
Is she intimidated by him perhaps? Is it a nervous laugh? Does she want to pursue the fake relationship thing? As we know she talks about air time etc :conf:
