Harry says, “I don’t want to do something I regret (regarding Marc). I’m not going to learn to ignore him. I’m going to learn to smash his face in.” #

Was there really any need for this comment and the stomping off to the sky room when Marc had been nowhere near her or said anything to her?

I don't recall Marc threatening her with violence, however this is a thread about Harry and what she said, feel free to make a thread about whatever you wish though.

Her next sentance was a dead giveaway of her real intentions. 'I'll learn how to get him chucked out'.
This has been her purpose all along, because she can see that Marc is a contender for the winners title and she obviously wants it too.

She's no chance of winning.

But I think she thinks she's got a chance.

I would be willing to put money on her conniving little mind thinking 'well if the existing housemates all like me then the public must, and if I keep throwing out all these sob stories and shouting at people like Marc and Simon (whoever's least liked in the house at the time) I've got it in the bag!'

I was just about to say this then read your post.
This is exactly her aim now.

I'm not bothered about Harry but I like the fact she stands up to Mark (refuse to spell his name with the affected 'c')…I wish more of them would. He's an oil…and has the cheek to say Harry is a chav…Hypocrite...

I cannot stand her but she didn't actually say that. She said (leading on from 'I'll learn to smash his face in... and get chucked out' as in she would get chucked out, from smashing his face in

Marcs comments are far far worse. He is horrible vile and I have ever ever heard worse comments from ANY housmate

Now in fairness to her it wasn't a threat, it was an idle comment to make herself feel better. For one, she didn't say it to Marc and informing the person you're threatening is sort of integral to something being a threat.

That said her stomping past Nick without even acknowledging him calling out her name was very immature. Just say to him "I need some space" rather than blanking him.

It wasn't really a threat.

If you're gonna complain about that then it's hypocritical to not pull up Marc on his comments in every episode he's been in.

Really didn't like Marcs behaviour last night, he was bang out of order, I really dislike harry, she's probably my joint least favourite HM along with Jack but I can't say I blame her for getting angry and saying stuff like that after the way Marc carried on last night. He was bang out of order and pretty disgusting, lets call a spade a spade (as much as I normally like him and find him entertaining)

He was out of order with Chloe, definitely. He wasn't out of order with Harry though, everyone was getting on alright during the task it was Harry that started the bad feelings off by taking the task too far because she hates Mark IMO

Also her stomping off to the sky room was (what looked like) hours after everything had happened so just made it look as if she was trying to keep things going when no one else was interested.

They were both wrong but he went too far with his comments imo and again the way he spoke to Chloe...again.for no good reason was disgusting. I'm so torn with Marc, i think he's alright mostly and I find him very entertaining, I just can't stand the things that come out of his mouth sometimes, it's just vile

I don't recall Marc ever saying that he'd like to smash someone's face in. If you don't like someone, then fair enough....but she went to far with that comment.

I'm sick of people making excuses for her and saying "smashing someone's face in" is just "Banter". If it was just banter she wouldn't have flounced off to the sky room in a huff because she feared she might have "done something she would regret" - so she clearly meant it.

At the end of the day, all this crap she bleats on about is probably just a cover up because she knows he's onto her and she thought she was playing the game oh so well.

She walked off because unlike Marc she can control herself, Marc would have carried on all night with his repulsive comments and name calling. He did the same to both Jade and Chloe as proof.

Infact the only person he ran from was another guy when Danny confronted him, Marc is a total coward and he clearly has issues with women, he wants their confidence to be rock bottom because he's a bully.

I can't believe you don't know the difference between someone throwing a few names around and another who uses threatening physical violence. Marc has already said that he avoids Harry and yet she goes out of her way to goad him like a dog being prodded by a sharp stick. She desperately wants Marc out of the house because he knows her game and she doesn't know how to handle him. and Marc didn't "run" from Danny at all. No need to exaggerate.

In this world of ageism, homophobia, sexism etc etc, we currently hear that women want to be treated as equals yet when a woman verbally threatens a man, its all of a sudden ok to treat the fairer sex with kid gloves. I don't think so. The BB prods need to step up and be counted.

He doesn't avoid her just last night Harry was sitting in the bedroom and having a convo about her pet and your little hero insulted her for no reason by calling her a pig. Don't try and paint him as an innocent victim because there is plenty of evidence to the contrary.

Should Harry have said she wants to smack him? No obviously not but after being called a pig, a slut, a *****, a prostitute, a chav, a skank and accused of being smelly by him so you expect her to be his BFF? get real.

His issue with Harry is she is popular with other housemates, confident about her body and she's not scared of him or his nasty bullying tactics - he wanted to go in there and upset the women and he has, he's had 2 of them in tears and it doesn't half piss him off that he can't intimidate and bully Harry.

but it was no threat........we've seen before BB warnings are only made

after comments such as 'i'm going to smash their/your face in' not hypothetical

statements...........

and there's plenty of evidence to the contrary that your little titty flasher isn't the innocent victim you paint her out to be either.

How would YOU have reacted if you overheard someone (who didn't like you) talking about pigs when you entered the room? (Especially after an argument). I would have took it as a dig and would have probably reacted similarly.

and Harry doesn't even know that he called her those names. Marc was talking to Danny after the wishing well task and she was in the bedroom. Speaking of which, you need to re-watch that task again because she used it as an excuse to have yet another go at him. IE "You piss me off in general and you're a dick". "Cause I don't ****ing ing like you". Why would she say that when she knew it would antagonise him?

I'm not ignoring the fact that he said some awful things to her, but she cast the first stone there. Marc didn't even bloody send her an "I Wish" note.
Harry was asking for trouble and she should have tried to keep it civil.

and who said anything about them being BFF's? - Again...another exaggeration.

We all know Marc's no angel, but his main issue with Harry is that she's a manipulative creep who is using Nick to feather her own nest. Marc knows what she is and he's right. and quite frankly your comments about Marc being unable to bully her are absolute rubbish, tbh.

Rorkimaru
09-06-2015, 03:40 PM
Mark was inappropriate after the wishing well it's true but he's been avoiding Harry recently and the only time he was with her was when they were handcuffed together for the task (IIRC). He also didn't send her a wish because he chose not to engage her where as she has been reacting to everything he did over the past few days despite not being involved and sent him at least 2 wishes.

Mark isn't a shining bastion of maturity but Harry could have left him alone as he's been doing to her. The two of them are unbelievably toxic for each other.

hasn't this been Marc's MO the entire time?
