Great idea, I got the original Galaxy a few years back and haven't changed company since (although right now I'm thinking a HTC for my next one). I'm not a huge iPhone lover myself, too restricted.

Apple products don't play nice with others.. which is one of the reasons I hate them..

Also they upgrade their IOS too much and then apps don't work on the old version etc. So basically you're supposed to spend stupid money on an iphone then get the new model a year later... erm fack off..

You don't need to get a new phone with every iOS update though. You update the iOS on the phone you have.

A lot of people THINK they need to constantly update to a new phone when it's released but they really don't. :conf:

But then I suppose it depends what and how you use your phone.

No, I know you can update IOS, but only to a certain point, then you have to update the handset...

That's every few years though. A lot of phones need to be changed after years. There's lots of people still using iPhone 4's fine.

£38 unlimited texts and calls with 4GB data. Also get free texts and phone calls anywhere in Europe. On EE.

I've got the HTC M9 so it's not a bad deal for a new phone.

When it comes to contracts do a lot of shopping around online. If I got the above straight from EE it would have been £55 a month.
