[Officers said the man has identified himself as James Boulware
and is said to have a history of domestic violence. Police are understood
to fear Boulware could be carrying further explosives in his vehicle.]

The Suspect
was Ranting (for 45mins)
that the Police stopped him seeing his kid
and called him a "Terrorist"



So I assume he was wound up so much
that killing the Police was his mission.
