Why does Sarah keep tossing her hair around?

I've just finished watching Thursday night's BOTS and was just wondering if anyone else has picked up on the amount of times that Sarah has tossed her head/hair around?

She seems to do it when gets excited or tries to make a point.

Is it a nervous thing?

She did it loads on launch night as well. It's quite common for those with hair extensions to constantly touch them/flap them about because it doesn't feel entirely natural to have them there so you're kind of aware of them.

I actually made a thread similar to this one a few weeks ago Nancy. The girls on the panel that night were flicking their hair CONSTANTLY I was in the pub last night and every girl with long hair was either flicking it or playing with it. I think its looking for attention or something. I have very long hair but I never flick it like that
