I agree. Both Harry and Marc dislike each other, but earlier, before Marc went into the bunker he said something along the lines of 'It's best if we ignore each other as much as possible and be civil when we can't avoid each other', which is the sensible reaction when two people who don't like each other are locked into the same house.
Because Marc's dislike of Harry was clear for all to see, whereas she was more weazly about him made it seem as if Marc was the instigator.
It's been Harry's plans from the start to get rid of all the newbies and then she would have turned her 'poor me, they don't like me' on someone else, probably Jade.
