Upsetting a popular much loved bb legend Brian B was a mistake and you can see from Marc's twitching face and urgent demeanour in DR that he's scrambling. He wants to win and realises Helen's outburst will not help him. The visual of a crying lass Chloe will be detrimental.

He must have known he ruined it when he got into bed (literally) with Helen

Brian is a fake who is afraid of being disliked by the public.

Yep Brians outburst was totally self serving, he realises his tiny level of fame is dependent on his nice guy image. I mean for real he suggested Chloe in the first place Nikki and Helen put her in safe part lol

As for Marc he can never win he knows that hes all about exposure making maximum impact for time hes there.

Agree, Brian isn't the saint people think he is. He overreacted big time tonight making himself look stupid and the situation worse. Marc tried to calm the situation down not Brian.

Brian doesn't see the need for 'ripping' in to people the way that Helen and Marc do. Chloe deserved the nomination and her reasons for her not to be nominated were very telling.
I think Marc realised his approach in delivering those reasons was a bit too offensive and made him feel guilty...and Brian bought that home to him. Marc's reaction was a cover up...

Brian threw a self involved tantrum but Mark starting to stand up the Helen was the key difference between him. She takes it too far and he realised what was happening. Mark (almost) always stops when people get toss their shoes around, storm to the larder upset. Helen wouldn't so he was keeping her schtum to maintain a modicum of peace.

Brian was a mess, his tantrum was so ridiculous and OTT, he was the one who suggested Chloe in the first place and Helen wasn't picking on Chloe, Marc's kinda screwed up either way though.

Honestly, I think hes been looking for an excuse to have a go at Helen since he went into the bunker, thought this was a good time as the others would have his back (lol...yeah right) as it was Chloe upset but chose the most ridiculous moment for it all because Helen wasn't actually doing anything wrong at the time

he didn't pick on Helen, he was saying We as in all housemates should have had the decency to let Chloe have her say after being nominated, but Helen just couldn't shut her gob long enough for Chloe to do just that. Helen loves to shout people down.

Yes, it was a misjudged tantrum and he made a fool of himself.

Pretty much any other time, he would have got what he wanted as Helen usually is being poisonous. How unfortunate that he picked maybe the 10 mins of the day when she wasn't

Not a Brian fan but fair play to him for standing up for Chloe, and yes I know he nominated her but all he wanted was for her to have her say but with two of the vilest creatures ever in the house that just wasn't going to happen.

But his tantrum ended up with her not being able to get a word in at all, and resulted in her feeling responsible for the row :joker:

Chloe is a big girl & should be able to cope with this.
I felt sorry for Brian as it was a build up from being nearly ignored in the bunker too.
Let's face it Helen & Marc would try anyone's patience.

Exactly. It wasn't about who was nominated or who instigated it, it was about showing enough respect to let them react without interruption.

Chloe was never going to get her say with Helen and Mark sitting there because they never listen to anyone else. If you watch both of them trying to have a conversation they just cut everyone off mid sentence or walk away.

Exactly. She's been nominated and called boring, she surely deserves enough respect to be allowed to respond to that. But Marc has never shown Chloe respect from the first night he arrived in there

From the day mark entered that house he's been telling hms to shut up, cop on, get away from me etc and he does this all mid sentence because ha doesn't know how to listen to other peoples views and opinions.

I have nothing to add to this. Sums it up beautifully.

Marc mimicking Jack's "she's my best friend" was absolutely hilarious.

Helen is ruining his chances.
