They are all bullies in some way most people are to someone even if they dont realise it. They all bullied Simon (I cant stand simon but the way they rounded on him soon as marc went was horrible)

Didn't you hear the conversation Brian had with Jack and Jade in the bathroom he felt intimidated in the bunker so went along with them so he wouldn't feel left out. It's pretty understandable with vile Marc, H and N acting their chosen roles.
