As "there" systems are Out Of Date
can not handle Online Banking.

Change to Metro Bank or someone Else

Money will not go until 4 or 5 or more days late.

FFS I'm with RBS and this has happened a few times, it's a total pain in the arse. I have bank accounts with other banks too, really tempted to just switch my pay and all of my DD's to one of those. But I've only been with those banks for 2 / 3 years each and RBS for over 15 years...
