All of the except Christian...or Nick.
Probably only Danny of the ones who can feasibly win it, unless it turns it around quickly in the next few weeks.
Oh, and Helen, because I really don't trust the producers.

Honestly none of them.
As much as I love the show and as much as I might scream at some of them because they wind me up, when it all comes down to it and the finale has finished I just detach myself from that year and concentrate on the new show, which in this case would be CBB.

I really do love the show and I enjoy reading the passion it creates on here, but it's just a show and once its finished I'm more interested in what celebrities will appear next.
Life is hectic and stressful at times that I just don't let what goes on in TV land bother me.
All I want is to be entertained, and as long as the housemates keep kicking off or having fun running around the house and playing pranks then I will keep watching.

I'd pity the poor fool for being crowned "winner" of this steaming pile of excrement they call "entertainment".

Tonight the big ****ty move was Helen shaving off Jack's brow. I've defended Helen occasionally and criticized Jack more than once but that is an utterly ****ty thing to do and technically there is precedence to call it assault. Regardless if you like that label or not though it was an total dick move.

shaving off part of someones eyebrow is not assault. Jack was foolish enough to let Helen (HELEN!!) stand in front of him with an electric shaver, knowing FULL WELL what she is like. if he's that stupid then he deserves it. i mean it's Helen. she was never just gonna shave 'a little bit' off.
anyway, to reply to the thread, Harry. even if she did win, she'd probably still sit there looking she's just been told her cat's died

I said technically there is precedence. It's hard to argue that your eyebrows, which define your face and expressions, are not an intrinsic part of your body. And she overstepped by shaving off half the thing. Check the link above, technical precedence in UK law.
I'm not saying he should or will press charges, simply that he could.
At this point Marc and Jack.
Marc because I cannot stand the thought of two complete twats winning two years in a row and Jack because he thinks he's going to and he also thinks he deserves it.

don't reallyy know why you linked that. doesn't mention anything about law, just about cutting off a womans hair.
first of all, it was just part of an eyebrow, and second of all, the police would laugh in your face if you called them because someone shaved part of your eyebrow off. when you let them in the first place.

It's an article about a court case where someone provided a significant alteration to someone's appearance (ie hair) against their wishes. The person who received the unwanted haircut won the case and her ex was charged with assault. That's what legal precedent is. A prior case of relevant application of a law.
And the police may laugh in your face but the judge wouldn't.

she most likely won the case because she was probably able to prove how much distress it caused her. part of a mans eyebrow is not the same thing
and plus, you need to evaluate your life if you'd take that to court

Completely agree, i'm surprised I haven't seen any threads about it yet, if she'd done it to someone other than Jack (who is clearly hated, i'm not quite sure why) i'm sure everyone would deem it as a horrid thing to do. I'm not a fan of Jack but what she did was bloody nasty.

While that may be a factor in the original case but it set precedence. You don't need to defend how stressed you are by an assault, it just needs to meet a certain criteria and the previous case said that removing a significant portion of hair meets that criteria. Half an eyebrow is significantly noticeable.
And I would certainly press charges over it personally though I'm not saying Jack should. Not only does a part of my income come from working on camera but seeing that every time I looked in the mirror and having people staring is something I would find unpleasant. Of course I also wouldn't find myself in the situation where I hand Helen Wood a shaver and let her put it near my face but that doesn't change the fact she took advantage.
Niamh.
