Which Brian do you prefer?
I prefer BB16 Brian I feel I underestimated him but saying that he didn't have to spend time with vile people like Helen and Marc. He may have had an argument with Charley but I wouldn't call her vile at all just argumentative. Him standing up for Chloe clearly shows what a gent he really is and obviously nice people are better than the nasty ones. Helen may have been put in to stir things up but doesn't excuse her for being vile most of the time tbh.

How was he standing up for her precisely?

When Marc and Helen who lick each others arseholes were being twats towards Chloe, Brian stepped in and spoke so much truth. Also off topic he was the 1st legend to go up to Harry and gave her a hug. I mean she looked scared to go up to Helen after her nomination. Helen likes to make people feel isolated.

Him requesting that the house should let her speak and give her the benefit of the doubt
What was you watching?

He was the only one actually stopping her from speaking :joker:

Nah, she was being interrupted left, right and center before he piped up.. Nearer the end of his speech, he was stopping her, yeah, but it wasn't intentional unlike the others who were only interrupting to get their dig in.

No-one was trying to get a dig in, Marc might have been harsh as he always is, but at the point Brian popped off, Helen was trying to comfort her and that was the first time she had opened her mouth, she literally said 'Don't cry' and tried to explain what Marc meant in a comforting way he's incapable of, he literally went off over nothing.. and god knows why the **** he threw his shoes

I think Brians point was more -don't talk over the top of her, ya *****- than anything else, probably because he had enough of being talked over in the bunker. It was probably mostly built-up feelings..
Helen saying "don't cry" sounded more condescending than comforting to me and although I know you disagree, I think Brian might have thought this too..
Anyway, I think Brians intentions were good regardless of how it ended up, I don't believe that Helen or Marc or anyone else who talked over her done so with good intent and were trying to help, because they're adults and they know how conversations work best.

BB16 for me. I never disliked him but I never thought he was that good either. Seeing him older and a bit more grown up is really interesting. And I think he's also shown himself to have strong values and morals, and just seems like a decent bloke tbh, it's good to see.

Yeah, I never rated him in BB8 really but he is still a down to earth person still but has got mature and I liked him more than ever this week.

I have found him absolutely pathetic in this series,a massive letdown, cannot wait to see the back of him now.
