So Marc is immune - I don't agree with this. Only the legends should now be immune.

Thoughts?

No he's not. But they are trying to make him look so. Especially eyecandy for girls. Like Christian too.

Anything which keeps him being up for eviction, so yes

Hell no

It shouldn't be about how entertaining a housemate is, that's up the to viewers to decide and we should be allowed a level playing field.

I would love to know the reason behind this and using the time-warp tag isn't good enough.

What is entertaining about him? :suspect:

In terms of fairness, no. But I'm glad that he is.

Calderyon
19-06-2015, 10:56 PM
No, he already had a week of.

Even the new housemates only have one week of and then they´re fair game. Meaning they get minimum of 2 weeks in the house.

19-06-2015, 10:57 PM
Yeah! This series would literally be on it's arse for the last four weeks if Marc went. It would literally turn into BB4.

Jade needed to stay tbh it's just a shame that the public rarely get it right

Josy

Theres lots entertaining about him IMO, I guess that's why he was fave to win for a while, however entertainment is an individual preference so obviously not everyone will agree on what that is.

No, I'd have liked all of the Timewarp housemates to be eligable for nomination so we can finally evict Helen.

No, as in I would like him up.
However, don't they normally ge immunity when they come back from a secret house:shrug:

Jack_
19-06-2015, 11:08 PM
Yes, it's complete manipulation but so long as it's for the right characters (which, to be fair, it usually is on C5) I don't care

They wouldn't have to do this if the public could be trusted. I hope they stick to it though :clap1:

No but I would not like him to be out.

Don't get me wrong, I don't want him to leave, but I don't agree why he's immune and I can't buy into he's part of the time-warp group. One minute they refer to them as legends, next it's time-warp.

I could accept it if he won in a competition, at least that gave everyone a chance for the privilege.

Yeah same.............and I would like to add to no one in particular, I don't and never have found the guy attractive and that is never ever how I pick my favourites.......especially since 2 out of 3 of my favourites this year have been female :umm2:

They have extended the time warp housemates for another week, maybe that's why?

Helen mentioned that they are probably going to have more to do for another week

I disagree Niamh...I usually agree with you on most things. I have found myself going off Marc..he is quite clever. He manipulates people and he is good at it. He is scared of Helen and he hides in her shadow...he backtracks when it suits him.
I am finding myself warming to the so called Clique...they stand up for what is right.
Simon, Sam, Nick and Joel have become sheep. I think Joel might snap out of his trance and stand up for himself and stop being in awe of vile Helen, just because she likes him.

Can't blame them...why is he?...he is supposed to be a housemate. His vote into the Bunker saved him for another week. Just because they have extended the ex housemates stay shouldn't reprieve him for another week.

well i don't get it, jade was not part of the danny group, yet the producers booted out an entertaining housemate by giving her the poorest edit ever. So, protecting Marc on an entertainment basis doesn't make sense.

We can call it manipulation/fixing or whatever. Its not a show now that you can spend time picking a favourite and then invest time in their progress in the house because its not natural, its purely contrived.

Niamh.

Yes absolutely. It's been a very different house since he arrived and I'm thankful for that. I hope he makes it to the final. I'm just not happy by how they've done this. I'm hoping that something more might be mentioned tomorrow, just to make it more plausible than how I feel it is.

Next Friday will be the 28th straight day which Marc has been ineligible from being nominated.

Plus he's also one of the worst HMs ever. For any show, he's truly reached Donato/Hantz levels of insufferable

No he shouldn't and I was surprised BB pulled this stunt.

I was a bit surprised they've done it in such a blatantly "spur of the moment......we can't really think of a reason that's even vaguely justifiable so we'll just do this and whitewash over it then just not broach the subject.......ever!" but i'm not surprised at all that they've come up with another way to keep him in the house. It was just a matter of when they were gonna' do it and how really!
I'm really pissed-off about it but i'm also past the point of really getting wound up by this sort of thing because it's just become something they do now and they know there's nothing we can do about it. It's just getting more ridiculously blatant every time they do it.
It shows just how little they care about the views, feelings or opinions of the viewers these days.

No doubt they'll choose the BBBOTS guests carefully this week (avoid any with a spine!) and they'll be instructed not to mention it.

Jay.

Ammi
20-06-2015, 05:53 AM
..no of course he shouldn't be immune, there was no reason at all but as much as I never thought that I would actually say this, I'm glad he is because him being there atm is quite a 'key' to the focus of the house...Helen obviously is conflicting with so many people because she has no regard for anyone in the 'defence of her chosen cub'..she's so much the extreme of a 'mama bear'..and as much as I think she's pretty poor of character, her behaviour is also bringing so much out with others that isn't that good either...I think that Brian for me went from hero to angry man last night and didn't look very hero at all...but also the male housemates like Christian and Danny...with Marc gone and in the bunker have seemed to think in some way that, that pushed up their 'alpha'...and then when he came back and not only came back but has confronted etc ...they're quite falling apart atm and all signs of the 'chilled' are disappearing so yeah unfair to make him immune but also quite interesting so I'd like him to stay atm....

...what is also interesting is that the females are being voted out as 'game players' etc and not being 'honest and real' yet their reactions/behaviour with all of this 'storyline' have not really changed that much or nearly as much as the males and yet Marc is a 'guy's guy'...hmmmmm...

No way should he be immune now. You can obviously understand the legends what with not being able to win etc but it's just another embarassing/obvious attempt to keep Marc in longer as they know he would rake in the nominations after this past week or so. Even worse when there's no reason for it.

Him being immune from last week was a joke, why should he have been given immunity? Two weeks running is a pisstake

Kizzy
20-06-2015, 10:11 AM
He would've been a good hm if he'd been in from the beginning, being put in late especially as the others had been 'evicted' for being boring maybe he felt he had to act up?
They are trying every trick in the book to keep him in that's why I think he's a plant, out of the 4 nommed I was sure sam would be one but she was a plant too so ....

rusticgal

Well the public wanted him in the bunker...which gave him a week of immunity as a result...but this week he should be back in with the other housemates on a level pegging. Complete fix and favouritism.

Kazanne
20-06-2015, 10:27 AM
I don't know why people are spitting their dummies out, we don't know whether it's favouritism or not,BB could have something else up their sleeves, who knows with this production team,he may be a plant,or they might have a big fall awaiting him, with BB we never really know.

20-06-2015, 12:06 PM
Not at all. Regardless if you like him or not it's clearly a manipulation to keep him in longer. The timewarp thing was the most pathetic excuse. At the moment it also feels like there are more new/non-housemates than original housemates. How the hell are the ex-housemates getting more airtime than the actual ones, it's ridiculous.
