Romance? ~ Shilpa & Dirk

Shilpa and Dirk perhaps? - You might not have considered matching the two of them together but a couple of the inmates have apparently witnessed some flirtation.

Some of the housemates have chatted about the possibility of something happening between the pair and Danielle didn't hold back earlier in questioning Dirk about his feelings for the Bollywood beauty.

What are everyones views on these two liking each other? Shilpa has said if he was younger she would give it a go and Dirk clearly likes the stunning Shilpa. Religious reasons aside do you think they would make a cute couple or think that being in the house is effecting them and making them feel that way?

I think Dirk is just one of those guys that when put ito a situation like that he feels the need to flirt. If they stay in the house long enough who knows?

As a guy I find the older Joanna Lumley really attractive.

My guess is that the girls do find Dirk attractive.

Religious reasons can take a hike :(

Age differences shouldn't raelly matter if you stick two fingers up to society's unwritten stigmas.

I think he looks great for his age.. yeah, I do find him attractive :tongue:

And as for the romance with Shilpa, well, I think flirting is harmless, Shilpa is laid back, and seems to be finding Dirks' flirting funny lol, which is a good thing. I don't think anything will ever happen with them, purely because I don't think Shilpa looks at Dirk in that way atall. It's all lighthearted :tongue:

Yes, I do. I have a major crush on Dirk - not only is he very handsome, but he is also a really nice, well balanced guy. I don't think Shilpa looks at him in that way though.

Its very fun watching him flirt with Shilpa.. He definately finds her attractive (Who doesn't?) as I have noticed he can't staring at her, even the live feed last night showed it evidently.

Dirk's made it pretty clear in the DR that he likes Shilpa, and that he's been flirting with her; they seem to get on well. But I see it as all lighthearded as well, I can't see it turning into a romance! But you never know.

LOL you make it sound as though he is fishing.

I don't think this is about religion. Shilpa has said she wants an Indian guy, she never said she can't get together with a non-indian. Reason being, she feels way to much changes and adjusments will need to be made with someone that isn't the same as her. And if she does get together with Dirk, the possibilities are it won't get to marriage, and thats what she wants to avoid.

However there might be a mutual admiration thing going on, perhaps on Shilpas' side its purely platonic, but the same can't be said for Dirks' feeling.
Shilpa is gorgeous and Dirk for his age is very good too

I think right from the start Shilpa has flirted in his direction...if she genuinely likes him then fair enough but I think she flirts her way so she doesn't get nominatated. I think its more teasing and fun from Dirk...he doesn't think he would get a look in, in a million years. We all know Shilpa's religious reasons..but she is still giving the guy hope I feel aswell as the housemates by saying Dirk is sexy, IF she was younger etc and big brother seem to be making it the next Chantelle and Preston even though it will never happen.

I think he is good looking for his age. Not my type of person but he is a really nice guy.
