View Full Version : Jack admitting he is only there for the money!

This was brought up on another forum, but I had completely forgotten about it.
In the video below, Jack is worried the public won't like him because he admitted he's only in the show for the money, it was never shown on the highlights show.

I see nothing wrong in that....it's a game show. Anyone who says there in it for anything other than to win are lying to us or themselves.

It would of been nice to see that hair spray explode while he was telling lies.

They are all there for the money - good for Jack for being honest about it I don't see anything bad in that imo.

Dont like piehead but couldnt care if anyone was in there for the money. Rather that than the "im in it to make friends and for the experience" bullcrap

Refreshingly honest really
However you would think if it was all about the prize, he would have taken the car. Guaranteed 20-30k for a few days 'work'

are you saying anyone on bb should now declare they don't want the prize money if they win - its a bit looking playing a sport to deliberately loose.
dont add up.

There's a difference between going on BB just for the money, and the experience/wanting the BB title. The money might be the main focal point to some but for me it's just a bonus.
When Jack went in he said he was there for the experience and to make friends but has since proven himself to be a liar.
He comes across as bitchy, self entitled very greedy little boy
If he goes on friday, I will be very happy.

But that's exactly what he did say. He said it to Marc a few weeks ago when they are arguing.

Awww that's a bit harsh Nancy:spin:
They are all there for the money, but they are also all there for the experience, some will say that they are only there for the experience but if you really strip it down they all have their eyes on that prize.
Its a game show, they are all there for the money

At least he is honest, all of them want that money, otherwise what's the point?

You all say he is just being honest yet wasn't it a few weeks ago he was saying he was there to 'just' make friends? Why wasn't he honest to all the housemates then and say he was there for the money? Because they'd nominate him...

most are there for the experience :joker:
whether they win or not, they are all doing it to promote themselves and further their careers

He probably started off on BB for the money, he may have hoped to gain a few friends a long the way, and of course it's a great experience to anyone privileged enough to be on BB.

The only reason I would enter BB would be for money.

Same, actually my step son was watching BB with me last night and he asked me if I'd like to go on it, i said no way, I'd hate it and he said What if you were guaranteed the 100k and I said yeah then I'd do it

It does show what a liar he is though. In the early weeks, he said he was there to make friends, but now he wants the money.
But we all know that's all he wants, you can see that by how bitchy and nasty he really is behind people's backs. He should've taken the car and left.

I don't see anyone doing it for the money as being particularly shocking.

Not a fan of his by any stretch but if he said he wasen't in it for the money, he'd be getting ripped too so at least he's honest. They all want the money, who wouldn't?
