That's probably because entertainment is an entirely individual process, just because you don't find someone entertaining doesn't make it true, it's only true to you because you dislike those two..

Simon is a bore, but there's no chance that he's leaving. The most boring individuals tend to stay til the end because no one has the urge to spend money on getting rid of drab housemates who just sit in the background.

If it was a vote to save, then Simon would probably go since I doubt he has a fan base. As for Jack, well he's annoying so that would at least motivate people to vote to evict him.
