I thought the same, it was a tad hilarious that he kept repeating it too, kept thinking i was hearing him wrong. :nono:

I had hoped that would see him evicted alas it didn't

I don't see why he was supposed to get involved in the first place. A man needs to fight a woman's battles? Are we living in the 50's?

They didn't want to get involved..is more like it. Marc gave them a handy excuse not to. I'm sure there would have been another reason otherwise :joker:

Helen specifically told Marc to not let anyone get involved if she argued with them because she could do it on her own, so he made sure they didn't.

Nikki however felt she was entitled to have people back her up, mess.

Well yes. When you're in an argument with someone you kinda hope your friends will stick up for you. I don't know what's so wrong about that.

That is not the point here, it's the fact they took orders from Marc not to get involved, fine if he said it was their fight and he wasn't interested, but to repeat several times that Marc told them not to is a bit wussy

Marc is a dictator. Unfortunately the house came to terms with it instead of fighting it (bar Danny and arguably Chloe)

You must have missed the part when Nikki asked Nick why he didn't get involved. I may have detracted from the thread but my point still stands.

Helen said she didn't want anyone standing behind her, but that everyone would stand behind Nikki, and that's the way she wanted it. Marc struggles with comprehension, I think.

My take on what Helen said was that she didn't want people, specifically Simon & Marc, backing her up in an argument as she knew it would look bad on them due to the old 'guilt by association' thing. Don't think she really cared how many got involved against her.

Pathetic as are most things about Nick now sadly.

I rarely ever get involved in any arguments my friends or family are having unless I am asked for an opinion, then I will give that if my opinion seems appropriate.

I will defend friends if asked and I believe they are right but rarely would I voluntarily get involved in an argument between 2 other people.
