It happens, really. When you put a load of highly explosive fuel into a metal tube and try to blast it into space, sometimes **** goes wrong :joker:. Still, all it's cost them is money. Quite a lot of money, yes, but at least there was no one on board.

Is it bad that I actually found the video amusing? I think it's of flight contrpl basically, of the launch and as it ascends, and there's a guy giving a sort of running commentary, he sounds all pleased and proud... then the thing just disintegrates. He doesn't say ANYTHING. No shout, no swear, no "oh no...", just dead silence. I don't know why this amuses me. I think I can just imagine the guy's face.
