Not really no, but she's not as bad as most people like to make out. You have to remember that a lot ot these BB celebs have to play up to the character the public want, be it a villain or a good guy. This last couple of weeks on here have really made me laugh, the same comments are made over and over. No one is going to change anyone's minds in the Helen v Ais argument but it's got too personal sometimes and I've not posted much as it's a little silly. They are both grown women who have made their own choices in life.....they don't like each other and that is never going to change, especially now and peoples opinions on here aren't going to change but this ongoing battle has made the forum a pretty uncomfortable place to be IMO.

I can't say this of others she has had disagreements with even though they too have been nasty. But her response always seems extremely excessive. Her efforts to redress the balance and stay "top dog" and appear invulnerable betray just how low she really feels, to me.

I think her supporters don't want to face she goes too far..... all the time. It's malignant. Her disagreements go from zero to bigoted venom in a heartbeat. There is no doubt in my mind that she's an out of control rageaholic who is being enabled.

I don't have a twitter account but most ex bb housemates twitter pages are public so I sometimes go to have a read of them after they've left the house.

I liked and supported Helen last year but after reading her twitter page a few times in the later months I started to find her like an immature bitchy teenage girl in the way she responds to other people's tweets. Everything is always only a dig at appearance, it's her go - to response to call somebody a "fat C word" or "ugly bitch" or to call people slags in some way.
In fairness this is often only in response to people who start on her first but she always goes one step extra and it gets a bit repetitive and juvenile when her only retorts are appearance or sexually based insults.

When she entered the bunker first and was slagging Jack's weight etc. I thought "mmm she sounds like she is still on twitter, don't think I will like her this time around" but then she mellowed a bit and once again I found myself liking her again. There's just something about her on screen that I can't help but like, she reminds me so much of someone very close to me in some ways, and I think she would be easy enough to get along with when she's just being herself, and also in the majority of arguments she gets into I can usually see her side completely and see why she is mad about certain things. Although some housemates really dislike her there are others who also thought she was really really nice and got along just fine with her.

There's no denying that she takes things waaaaaaaaay too far sometimes though and nobody not even herself can even try to defend some of the things she comes out with.

But yeah on twitter she does herself no favours a lot of the time. It reminds me a bit of Katie Hopkins twitter where she will say the nastiest things she can think of to get a response. So many of her followers heap praise on her when she says something bad about someone's appearance "omg Helen you're hilarious" "you are so right" etc. - this is not a good thing for her as I think if she had less of this she might have actually learnt something about herself after her last experience in BB. Instead (on twitter at least) I feel she plays up a bit to this nasty bitch persona as it's where she gets the most praise and support and validation from.

And for someone who I believe is possibly very insecure and uses attack first and hard as a form of defence (she's changed a few things about her own appearance and is constantly called a ***** due to her past and these are always the insults she calls others which I feel is almost a defence on what she perceives or anticipates they will attack her on so she gets in there first) - it's really not good for her only support to come from people praising these insults she gives about appearance etc.

I would praise her for the way she speaks her mind, I love her fieriness and the way she always stands her ground, I like the way she takes no **** of anyone and usually when she calls people out on something I'm in agreement with her and can see what she is annoyed about or what the other has done wrong. If someone does attack her using personal insults about her appearance or past then I don't really have a problem with her retaliating with personal insults in response to them in those particular situations, I only have a problem if she is mean when it is unwarranted like when she called Jale "slug" or Harry a "slag" in the bunker etc.

I don't think she is "vile", "a *****", "absolute scum" or "spawn of satan" though and often find the extreme hatred for her so completely over the top. I hate how those she argues with are often painted as saints or victims when they generally can behave just as bad and I really feel it's the one-sidedness and unfairness of this that makes me support her more if anything.

Sometimes the dislike of her is definitely and understandably warranted such as the name she called Brian, or some of her comments about Jale, Harry, Jack etc that were mean and uncalled for. You can't defend the indefensible and I wouldn't even try or want to. It's just the times where I can totally see her point and everyone still hates on her that I find annoying.

So I usually prefer Helen in the house and actually watching her as a person/housemate when she is not going over the top, compared to the persona she is on Twitter. It would do her good mentally to delete it for a year or so I think but probably wouldn't do her career/media persona much good if she got rid of it.

She's a housemate who I can enjoy lots but who can also infuriate me at times. Sometimes I just wish she had a very good friend who would just shake her and say "no Helen, that is NOT funny, it's a step too far" instead of the bumlickers she has on twitter who praise her even when she is in the wrong.(some followers not all)

She'll never learn or change her less positive traits if she keeps getting approval and praise for these certain things and it's not good imo for a possibly insecure person to be getting their negative traits praised to reinforce the bad behaviour, as if it's the only positive attention and approval she ever gets then guess what she'll keep doing it...
She's not the only celeb I feel that applies to either.
