can't recall him refusing to tell cristan specifics ...but the difference is we saw Cristian (and most of them) talking about him.... antagonizing brian i haven't seen... another difference is the whole house has picked up brian claims are bashing him over the head with it..and none of them can give him examples

Hm. Did you watch the highlights episode in which they returned? I think it was like in the garden when Cristian asked Marc to give him examples and Marc just kind of shrugged him off. He didn't literally say "I'm not telling you" but he didn't answer Cristian's question despite him repeating it several times.
