All of my friends use the shift key to do a capital letter, but I use caps lock! What do you use? :)

oh I hate when you press caps lock and forget about it and type out a whole sentence before you realise you've left caps lock on :fist:

I used to accidentally do this when I talked to my Uni tutors.

"Do you think you'll be able to finish the essay by next week?"
"I DON'T KNOW"

If it's for just casual capital letters here and there then I'd use shift, so much quicker. If it's all in caps then capslock is probably faster.

Shift for all. I was taught to touch type and so the shift key is in the more natural place when your gingers are on the home keys

Same here.

Though when I use the cap sometimes for filling in stuff to get into an account then forget to take Caps off for some passwords and wonder why the hidden password is rejected, that can be annoying.

The shift key is designed for use by accomplished typists, caps lock is used by the 1 finger try hards

I use caps lock but I still type very fast and with two hands. (I don't want to blow my own trumpet, but I also type without looking at the keyboard either.) :flutter:

Always use caps lock even if it's just for one letter at the start of a sentence. Just out of habit really.
