Hes right about it being like the Hunger Games Channel 5 even promoted it like it one year didn't they.

The fact is Channel 5 should have kicked out Helen for her comments they were so overboard they didn't back him at all.

I think they would haver earned a lot of respect back from viewers by booting her to showing they wont tolerate that behaviour but instead went for ratings .

However your point that new housemates going in breaks the no outside contact rule is wrong, because it's been happening for years and them going in doesn't necessarily mean it is definitely going to be broken. It usually is these days and that's a shame, but in principle it doesn't mean it will be broken.

I think what Brians saying in court terms is seeking an injunction on Helen/sueing BB hence their phone call. Brian is not a wordsmith - he doesnt put things well - if you want to nit pick his speech yes you will find fault with it, but to be honest, everyone knows what he saying.

BB will have had a contract with C5 saying that HMs wouldnt be subjected to abusive behaviour - for the sake of ratings C5 let that row escalate when they could have stopped it.

I liked Brian when he went in he was a sound bloke. I now think hes an unhinged dullard. I think nearly all the timewarp housemates that went in have crippled their legacy of what small one they did have. Regardless of Helen being a total ***** she was right about Brian. As a man you should never be aggressive and look to be wanting to bash a women physically no matter how much **** she gives you verbally. You could see in his lips. Helen went way over the line hes not a murderer or rapist but he didn't look good.
