I thought that too but I heard something about Danny and the shoping list last week. Might of been the hour live feed or the twitter update page or something but it was mentioned.

They changed the rules of the shopping list to stop arguments from happening.

Eww why do they do that.. I don't really mind the task reading but the tedious task of writing everything on a chalkboard while making sure it all adds up and also someone having to read it all to big brother was what made it so great.

They generally just made it easier for the housemates, by giving them extra time to compile the list, sorting the foods into categories rather than them doing it themselves and doing it by iPads, where they can just tick and untick the boxes of the foods they want rather than writing and rubbing, writing and rubbing, and it gets added up by itself so they don't have to do the math themselves and lose certain items. Basically, everything that made the shopping list stressful in the first place, they have got rid of.

They've literally turned it into a luxury holiday, got rid of the paranoid, let them all know what the public think and then expect them to kick off with each other.

Used to love them having to work it all out right down to the last penny and when people would scrub stuff off to get what they wanted. Could guarantee you'd get a few fall outs a series over the shopping list.

they probably only kept the iPad thing because it's easier for the lazy producers.
