But who the **** wouldn't take half (or whatever) of the prize fund a week before the final?! You have done nearly the whole show already, and have a guaranteed lump sum to walk..and if you don't take it then someone else probably will. Just seems stupid to say no

Like, why bother setting a record prize fund if you're only going to either have it split, take some away, not give away the full amount, etc etc?

Ego is a wonderful thing. It's why people can't drag themselves away from casinos when they're up. You could see someone like Danny being offered 50k and refusing it thinking he's nailed on to win the series. What a piece of TV history that'd be if he didn't win anything afterwards. Out of the remaining bunch he certainly believes his own hype more than anyone else.

As much as I disliked Conor that was a stand out moment in BB history, Conor double bluffing Luke S :laugh: he contributed majorly to the series as well and was and still is a talking point
