Because it was Carole's opinion. It might have been wrong in some peoples eyes that Davina let it go but she is letting us be the judge of that of Carole's opinion.

As an interviewer she has let us make our own minds up. Davina's problem is that sometimes she put her opinion across and then she gets criticised.
