Jade and Danielle's friendship [merged]

Not sure if anyone else has picked up on this but how comes when Danielle was in the house next door she said to the others that she knew Jade from various clubs and had spoken to her a couple of times but then when it came to the argument with Shilpa she was going on about how their good friends, not sticking up for any of them because it was a pathetic argument and also not really a fan of any of them but just thought it was a bit weird.

Plus she seemed shocked seeing Jade go in and said OMG its Jade and had that OTT reaction. All sounds a little bit strange and engineered for Jade or Danielle to win...Danielle is pretty much like Jade in the ditzy way.

Basically, they've met each other a few times in the past and are now latching onto each other to gain public interest.
Jade is way too sure of herself in that house because she knows that she has the support of Jack, Danielle and now Jo. I'd love to see her knocked down a peg or two.

I just think they have a good bond. If they have met proir to bb and knew each other than of course they will be allies...if Shilpa had put herself forward for the servants task things might be different and someone else would of been singled out.

Absolutely true.

Danielle was saying that she and Jade had been best friends for over a year. But before, she said that she had just seen Jade in clubs a couple of times and they had spoken briefly - that doesn't sound like best friends to me. Clearly, they just say what suits them at the time.

Here's a full recount of the Danielle/Shilpa argument

This is all based on what people (Jermaine, Shilpa, Jo, Ian, Jade, and Danielle) have said about it afterwards:

1. Shilpa mentioned to Ian that Danielle seems to hate her for no reason.

2. Ian suggests she talk to Danielle in private to find out what the matter is.

3. Shilpa asks Danielle to come to the toilet to find out what the problem is, and Danielle goes a bit mental and accuses Shilpa of trying to break up her friendship with Jade.

4. Danielle continues ranting and then calls Shilpa a dog (to her face), and says "We're all friends here, you're just the cook", and rants on for no reason in front of everyone in the room.

5. Shilpa is still wondering why she's getting yelled at, just as Channel Four goes live to the house

6. Shilpa makes an absolute fool of Danielle by asking her what she's arguing about, and Danielle talks for 2 minutes and makes no sense, Shilpa then asks Jade what shes talking about, and Jade talks for 2 minutes and makes no sense. Then Danielle and Jade strop off, with Shilpa looking bemused.

7. Jermaine reveals he was made to feel very uncomfortable by Danielle today, with her dress and the way she was acting.

8. Jo and Ian both talk about how Danielle embarrassed herself and will regret it.

9. Shilpa doesn't seem too phased, she's not crying which is an indicator that she's starting to get a hang of these kids now

10. Danielle crys for the next two hours talking about how she misses Teddy and hopes he didn't see her. Boy, is she in for a shock
