Don't care that Nick decided to weasel out of eviction and instate Chloe for nomination, thus buying way into final. BUT why did he waste £5k? Surely he would have known that nicey wicey Sam, girl BFF power Harry, Jack is a bit in love with Chloe and would not want to run risk of looking bad imo, all would never bid to get out of being nominated. Thus all Nick needed to do was bid an ultra low amount eg £1 or even 50p, surely he would have won.

Should have bid the lot imo, that would have been T.V gold to see how all the other HMs would of reacted.

Yes he would have won if he bet a penny because I was still higher than everyone else!

I thought this too, he didn't seem to think very tactically about the amount.. It was clear the other three probably wouldn't bid.

It's a shame you don't care that he tried to weasel his way out of eviction

and he prob would have won with a 50p bid

but that isn't the point the point is the snake

bid higher to make sure he won the bid

So he was also really selfish

by being prepared to take more money from the winner to save his a*s.

I was rooting for Jack to bid the whole lot to give Chloe a taste of her own medicine but Nick spending £5k was just as funny for me.

That's not how blind bid auctions work - you don't know what anyone else will spend so he couldn't be sure and bid a decent amount, for all he knew Jack or Harry may have bid.

He was selfish, he openly admits that, so? It's a game show with a prize and associated minor fame/publicity, will he ever see Chloe again outside of BB related events? No. People play the nice card all the time so it's refreshing when people in the house behave logically.
