they are both same kind of scum. Which one comes out better out of certain situation is uncertain and arbitrary, and is not, in no way proving the one is better than the other.

Even if Jack is winning this round, she may win the next one, or next one. Their battle is like mixing dough, with two types of flour. There's no way of telling which one is on top

Definitely Jack, there's such honesty about him. He was honest that he regretted not nomming Chloe for a while, and that he was tempted by the other cash stuff. He knows his own "imperfections" and pretends to be nothing else.
