How has this happened? I do find it strange that BBBOTS has nothing but bad things to say, but forums and probably most telling the bookies are slashing his odds.

so is he favorite and would you be happy with a Pie n Mash win? (my own nickname for the 'big man')

I think he's just a default option now that Marc's left. I hope Joel pulls through, though.

He has been featured a lot more then other housemates over the series so people had the chance to like, hate and now like him again.

I'd rather Jack won than Joel any day of the week!!! (i'd rather ANYONE won over Joel!!!)

I still think it'll be very close between Jack or Chloe being evicted this week. The lines opened early this week and people were voting like mad for Jack then but Chloe's popularity has taken a nosedive since so she could catch him up possibly.

Amazing market moves this morning one firm have just cut him to 7/2 clear 2nd fav with Danny at 11/4 there is only 0.75 pts difference.

I think last nights show certainly helped and its possible that the producers would be happy with him winning so positive edits a given.

The danger is that Jack does not know.I think he has accepted that he is not going to win and if offered a cash incentive might now take it.This would kill the good bet I had on him at 10/1 but tbh I would not blame him.

If my above is wrong and the producers do not want him the winner then I think they might give him the chance to walk with 27k.I hope not.

Vom if he wins, out of the housemates left, about 4 of them would be the worst winner ever if they won, Jack being one of them.

Jack deserves to be in the final, one thing about him he isn't coasting along, what u see is a young man who shows all his emotions,he isn't a bad boy,I say give him a brake let him get to the final.

We're on track for an all male top 4 at least, aren't we? Sigh.

I'm a woman but to me the sex of finalists doesn't matter. It's not whether someone is male or female that matters but how they behave and comport themselves. Perhaps if more people tried this view their would be less prejudice.

The most worthwhile winner this series, although he aint quite favourite to win yet he should have overtaken danny by saturday.

I cant wait to see his chubby wee face when he hears the chears on friday.

Oh, and his popularity rise is all down to chloe and harry turning on him.....cheers chloe.

Jack's the only relatively normal one in there. I don't have a problem with him winning although I wouldn't call myself a fan.

Except that most of, if not all, the men this year have been awful housemates. So whereas I may be open to BBUK's first ever all-male top 4 if any of them had contributed anything positive to the series, we're screwed with this lot.

Don't dislike Jack in comparison to others but he is far too moody and over the top for me to want him to win. I find myself laughing at him rather than with him. Bit bemused where all this support has suddenly come from. People must change their mind on housemates so quickly to go with the flow as they say.

That's true enough, he has never coasted along and probably should make the final.

I knew by end of this series Jack would be favourite to win again, as I've said many times on here I've not liked Jack since day 1, & would really hate to see him winning.

Same, the fact that Jack together with Chloe and Danny have that certain air of self entitlement is one of the big reasons he is not a winner for me together with his general moodiness that I cannot see past. I get the feeling that either of these three are totally expecting to win.

I see he's getting a lot support here but with him being so abysmal, I personally find him horrid choice.

I'm yet to see his redeeming trait. Just one.

Why to sentence one and why to sentence two?

that would work, but only if gauge for males and females were same. Which is not. So it makes entire argument null and void.

I think that the fact that Jack thinks he is unpopular has made him a much more likeable character.

I couldn't stand Jack when he thought he was popular and he was all 'puffed up' with his own importance.

Now he is humble and sweet and like a loveable puppy, wanting to please, and it suits him. I now actually really like Jack and I hope he does win.
