they never gave shilpa a chance. As soon as they saw somebody who is "from a different culture" they instantly didnt want to form bonds with her. Its alto more fun to make her an enemy and mimic her accent and try to pick fights with her.

Shilpa is one of my fave's. She has put up with so much and remained strong.
