There's actually a LOT of Sri Lankan actresses doing really well in the Bollywood industry as well as British, Americans and people from many different countries throughout the globe!

There's no formal rules as far as having to be of Indian nationality to be in Bollywood films at all. It's all down to your look. There's even a rather successful Brazilian actress (Giselli Monteiro) who is doing very well in Bollywood and has actually played the part of several different Punjabi girls without a problem (i think they dub her voice over though).
