I thought it was AMAZINGLY sweet actually - the HMs must form relationships with the various voices over the months they're in there, besides the whole psychological aspect of becoming institutionalized and being led around all day being told what to do. The people behind the voices of BB are human beings and I'm sure start to feel a proprietary sense of care for the various HMs, while you'd also get your favourites for whom you feel a special bond.

I saw this instance with Chloe as BB identifying that she was genuinely stressed and upset and it was BB's final chance to assist her and buoy her before she left the house for good.


It actually made me tear up at how tender it was.
