How often do you shower/bath?

I've just been in the tub and I was thinking like how often do people shower or bath. I usually bath at least once a day (sometimes I have two one in the morning or one at night). I also tend to have baths more than I have showers generally. I do know some people though who only have showers like a few times a week and one girl I know only showers once a week :omgno:.

Baths I prefer at night

I prefer showers in a morning but I usually have a bath at night instead I only shower in a morning if I wake up looking awful and I never bath on holiday.

This would be logical if you were a coal miner for but for the average person who bathes or showers every day, and lets face it that is most, there is not pool of dirt because you are not dirty.

Not to mention billions of bacteria live on your skin. You may not neccsessarily be dirty, but you're still in a pool filled with your bacteria, even if one does shower once a day, the body accumulates bacteria.

I have a 5 ft whirlpool tub and it's nice to have, but does get annoying having to clean the tub so often after using soap. I wish it were easier. My husband has a walk in shower on the side and it's nice to have if I don't feel like waiting for tub to feel and just need a good rinse before I go to sleep.

At this time I had only been living with my bf for two months. :joker:

I usually shower after physical exertion of any kind, like vigorous housework, as well as if I am going to be in close proximity to someone like when I have been going to study Portuguese with a friend I would shower before leaving the house and then after walking home again (it's been around 30 degrees lately). At times when I have been doing nothing I could skip two days though.
