'If' Jeremy Corbyn fails to win on the first results, as you say, the 2nd preference votes will then make a big difference.

Jeremy Corbyn's supporters have to pick 2 of the others as 2nd and 3rd choices.
I cannot however see many at all who will be voting for Andy,Yvette or Liz who will have Jeremy Corbyn as their 2nd or even 3rd choice.

In that scenario as you point out, it will be more likely between Andy and Yvette and it could end up really close as to who gets it in the end.
