A new Celebrity Big Brother best bits special is set to air on 5* during the summer 2015 series, looking back on the heroes and villains from the show’s history.

Channel 5 has confirmed that ‘Celeb BB: Heroes & Villains’ will air on 5* at 9.00pm on Saturday 29th August, before the new ‘UK vs. USA’ run continues at 10.30pm on the main channel.

Bosses have yet to reveal exactly what we can expect from the 90-minute special, although it currently has this brief synopsis on the Radio Times website: “Looking back at a selection of highlights from the big-name version of the reality TV show.”

Its name suggests we can look forward to commentary on some of the biggest CBB rivalries, such as Perez Hilton vs. Katie Hopkins and Rylan Clark vs. Heidi and Spencer (pictured above).

The news comes after former civilian housemates Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace and Nikki Grahame – who returned as ‘Time Warp’ guests for this summer’s ‘Timebomb’ – both tweeted that they’d completed filming for an upcoming best bits programme.

“Such a great day working with the crew for #bigbrothersbestbits,” wrote Aisleyne, while Nikki said: “Loved filming Big Brother’s Best Bits this aft!! Can’t wait to watch x”

However, it is not yet clear whether their contributions are for the CBB Heroes & Villains episode. According to listings issued by C5, it will be episode ‘1 of 6′ in a series, but details of future editions are yet to be announced.

‘Heroes & Villains’ will give CBB fans something to watch while C5 airs its new show Football League Tonight. The broadcaster’s primetime commitment to the footie highlights means that it can no longer air CBB in a 9pm timeslot on Saturdays.

This week it was confirmed that 5* will air an hour of live feed every weeknight for the new series

TBF, C4 is a bigger channel than C5, so ofc the sister cannel for C4 will be watched more. Same way ITV is a bigger channel than C4 and ITV2 is more watched than E4.
