Celebrity Big Brother host Emma Willis has admitted she would quit the show to host Strictly Come Dancing.

The telly presenter has been fronting Big Brother on Channel 5 since 2013 and more recently began to host The Voice UK on BBC One in a second big prime time gig.

But Emma has confessed that Strictly would be her dream job.

“Strictly Come Dancing is a job I’d struggle to turn down," she said this weekend. “I love it. It’s one of the best shows ever.”

And we may even see Emma on the dancefloor in the future as she revealed: "I would even love to be a contestant, but I’m not a very good dancer so I wouldn't know where to start!"

Speaking to The Sun's TV Magazine, Emma also suggested her McBusted husband Matt Willis could be a part of the BBC One dance competition... if she wasn't so jealous."

She explained: "He could do 'Strictly' because he's an amazing dancer - every now and then he will bust out a pirouette in the middle of the living room and our daughter will be like: 'Wow Daddy!'"

However Emma added: "I don't want him grinding against hot women. I do get jealous, but I think that's normal when it's over the person you love."

Emma will be back on our TVs this Thursday night as Celebrity Big Brother launches at 9PM on Channel 5.

sorry it's another sloppily written TV mix article but okay
Emma Willis has revealed she would love to present or star on 'Strictly Come Dancing', but wouldn't let her husband Matt take part because she'd be too "jealous".

Emma Willis wants to present 'Strictly Come Dancing'.

The 'Celebrity Big Brother' host has confessed she would love to take the jobs of current hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman because she is such a huge fan of the BBC One competition, but would also be happy to compete, despite the fact she isn't much of a mover.

She said: "'Strictly Come Dancing' is a job that I'd struggle to turn down. I love it. It's one of the best shows ever - I'd even love to be a contestant, but I'm not a very good dancer so I wouldn't know where to start!"

The 39-year-old TV star went on to reveal her McBusted husband Matt Willis, 32 - with whom she has Isabelle, six, and Ace, three - would be a much better contestant than her because of his natural talent.

She explained: "He could do 'Strictly' because he's an amazing dancer - every now and then he will bust out a pirouette in the middle of the living room and our daughter will be like: 'Wow Daddy!'"

However, she insisted she wouldn't let him take part because she would get too "jealous" of his dance partner.

She confessed to The Sun newspaper: "I don't want him grinding against hot women. I do get jealous, but I think that's normal when it's over the person you love."

She would be a moron to turn down an offer (if they ever did offer)

Agree with Luke though, BB has deteriorated since she took over (not that it's her fault), CBB is still doing well, but with a show averaging around 1-3m, when it used to average double/triple that, compared to a show which gets around 10m, who can blame her?

This has been taken pretty out of context to be honest. They were originally talking about Rita Ora leaving The Voice to join The X Factor. She said that she wouldn't find it hard to turn down Simon Cowell because she loves presenting the Voice but would struggle to turn down a job on Strictly because she loves that show too. They weren't talking about Big Brother in this part of the article.

Not once, anywhere in the article did Emma say anything like she would quit BB.

She didn't say she would quit, she just said she wouldn't turn it down. She hosted The Voice & Big Brother at the same time. Plus, Strictly isn't on when BB is on anyway, unless the producers purposefully put Summer CBB on during it out of jealousy.

BB is never filmed on a Saturday though? So it would work if she went with Strictly because they're both filmed in Elstree (I think Strictly is) and she's only needed on CBB on Tuesday's/Friday's

Why would she need to quit? CBB/BB doesn't run in October/November/December?

Strictly don't need her:idc:
Unless they get rid of Claudia and then Emma can be the sidekick.

Bet she and Tess are livid, how would Emma like it if they said they wanted to front the Voice :fist:

Strictly gets like 10x the viewers BBUK does so she'd be stupid not to take an offer
