Dan Osborne 'pulled out' of Celebrity Big Brother after negotiations broke down.
The TOWIE star, who is engaged to EastEnders beauty Jacqueline Jossa, was said to be desperate to go in the house to change the nation's opinion of him but has now had a change of heart.
He was infamously axed from TOWIE when his abusive rants at ex-girlfriend Megan Tomlin were leaked to the public.
Speaking exclusively to Mirror Online, a source very close to the Essex hunk previously told us he was "100 per cent going into the CBB house."
A separate source confirmed today: "He was in talks to go on the show but has decided this year is not the right time for him."
He also tweeted about the rumours today, posting: "Keep seeing in the press that Im going on CBB,I was never meant to have been & were just rumours.But big fan of the show & will be watching!"
Dan, who has 19-month-old Teddy with ex Megan, would have left his fiancé Jacqueline and five-month-old daughter Ella at home if he'd have gone into the house, which could be one of the reasons he's decided not to go ahead with talks for this series.
He's also still a part of male strip group The Dreamboys and will be touring with them until October, with shows in Southend, Aylesbury, Stevenage and Ipswich.
