Nobody knows. There have not been any rumors of what the UK vs USA actually means or how it will work.

Other than a few inevitable UK vs USA tasks I don't think it's following a different format than usual, I suspect the theme is just an excuse to try and recreate the Perez vs Katie Hopkins drama.
