Now that CBB is back, I can confirm that...
After July's sensational, dramatic and legendary third series, Summer Countdown, we'll be back with a BANG this November.
(if there was ever any doubt :laugh:)
Last Christmas, Team Santa snatched the crown for the second year in a row and this time out Rudolph and champions Santa will battle it out once more.
It will also be the most immersive season yet, including a narrative based gameplay that takes you over a Christmassy adventure whilst you battle it out to win points, avoid individual nomination and team swaps and eventually reign supreme as the contest comes to a close.
More information will be coming over the next month, including our brand new logo, application opening date, as well as all the info on the twists, tasks and potential tantrums!

Dont worry I wouldn't be as bad, Christmas one sounds amazing, perfect for when theres rubbish weather and the whole festive season. :dance::cheer2::laugh:

Here is this season's 'clock face'
Now, each individual season will receive a cool clock based logo, to represent the counting down as days go by element of the game. This is a Christmassy based theme, I'll also be posting the modified version for Countdown 5 Legends v Newbies pretty soon too.

Applications will open 14th September and remain open until Mid/End October.
Some may be asked to play in the legends game whenever it is too. :hehe:
The series will begin Early/Mid November, lasting til Early/Mid December
You probably won't be hosting one in January, just saying..

Applications open for the brand new series starting NOVEMBER of Tibb's Countdown 4: Christmas Caper. They will remain open until mid/late October.
I know it's a little early, but I'm very busy over the next few weeks and if I don't open them now I'll either forget or leave it to late and lbh the forum is more active during on season :laugh:
Soooo.. Our longest ever season awaits, including a LEGENDS week, loads of new tasks and games, the odd twists and a little drama, but mostly LOTS OF FUN!
Don't worry if you can't be available a few days of the series (as its a team game) but the application process (announced tomorrow) is a little tougher this time, so we can determine who is definite to play!

Yeah... instead of running till Christmas Eve it starts a bit earlier because of my schedule and I think tbh the final would be a bigger event because it always seems like the game is a little flat on finale night with it being a day before Christmas :laugh:
If it doesn't work, oh well aha :)

Instead of me deciding who will be playing this years game, there will be an AUDITION stage...
THE ICE RINK: LIVE!
Each team can have 6 players... A and B for now. All the applicants will be split up into A and b by random... ON 16th November (may change), the applicants will gather at the ICE RINK to whittle each other down to just 12 before the game commences on Sunday 22nd November!
That's all I am saying for now!

This has obvs been postponed for a few reasons
A- I forgot
B- I spent December mostly pissed at uni
C- It was too soon after the Summer one
So, yeah, sorry if anyone was looking forward to it :laugh:
I will do this in the Spring/Summer from now on if there's an appetite for if, the last Summer one was pretty good imo
