that women should not complain
if they dress provocatively and then
get sexually assaulted.
Hynde, who has herself been raped,
told The Sunday Times:
"If I'm walking around and
I'm very modestly dressed
and I'm keeping to myself
and someone attacks me,
then I'd say that's (the attacker's) fault.]

Yes she was that doesn't absolve the men of blame, yet in the chain of events she is aware that at points she could have chosen to not make herself vulnerable I understand that.
Do I believe that the way women dress initially before a night out has a baring on how the night will progress?.... No.
