I think both of them (more so Stevi) are acting their way through BB rather than being themselves. They start talking about how they met etc. because they want us to see it, they cuddle and kiss all the time because they think that's what a couple should do, they even have obviously pretend arguments over jealousy to make their relationship seem more real. (imo)
