I think have to upload the vid onto YouTube first... you can use SoundCloud for sound... I'm a bit hazy on it all though. Try PMing Josy.

Yeah like Liv and Nimah have already said, youtube for your vid and souncloud for your soundclips, then you post them on here using the codes the websites provide.
