Imo Helen and Farrah are both very similar (both very loud when they argue, try to be intimidating, get very personal, seem to get some sort of enjoyment out of arguing) but there's one thing i'd say Helen has over Farrah and that is self-awareness, Helen openly says she is a bitch but Farrah seems to think she's not a nasty person, it's like she has no clue how horrid she is to other people. Although last night Farrah showed another side to herself, so maybe she is just genuinely deluded. Helen was and is a bully, Farrah is a complete bitch.

Well I was bought up to respect my elders. That doesn't mean I should let them get away with being horrible, it just means I don't shout at them/speak to them the way Farrah does
