Loud, drunk, obnoxious clumsy people, distressing living torture.

Nope, and I don't imagine they're really my thing. I prefer a get-together with friends where you can actually interact with each other properly and where you're not surrounded by loads of probably-rowdy randoms.

14-09-2015, 10:29 PM
No. I´m not into crowded places and where there is alcohol.

Jason.
14-09-2015, 10:29 PM
I used to like almost every day when I was 17-22. But now I'm in a long term relationship and I've grown up a little since (I'd like to hope so anyway) I don't really go anymore. I'm not really into that party subculture anymore. Christ, I'm getting old :worry:

Probably only about once every couple of months atm, mainly because it's such a hassle to organise and not worth the £70+ that you end up spending at the very least. Prefer just going down my local pub most the time or to use that money going to sports events or whatever.

Jason.
14-09-2015, 10:32 PM
God, the riff-raffs though

I think me not resorting to smacking someone was an achievement whenever I got into one of those arguments :worry:

Everyone was really nice and said yes :newyorkcrying:

Broad Street in Birmingham is an amazing place to go clubbing, there's literally like 10 clubs on the same street or something like that

And if I'm gonna be drinking, I'd much rather be at a friend's house. Not only is it safer and more comfortable, but only a select few will witness me make a knob out of myself. And there's a sofa right there to crash on so no straggling home. :hee:

House parties are by far my preference (I mean with just a few close friends, not a stupid mess of a party with a load of drunk strangers).

This is the only reason I haven't gone that much since I turned 18. The first time I spent about £20 on pre drinks, 50 on drinks at the club and £50 on the cab home...

Yes, the fewer people to witness my drunken antics the better, but I don't need a couch to crash on, I can sleep on any surface when I'm sober let alone when I've been drinking :hehe:

I go to gay clubs if there's a Queen I like preforming. Otherwise, just a basic bar.

Nah, they're all tacky. Unless you go to London and go into the expensive ones and spend £200 on a bottle of Grey Goose vodka, which is still tacky.

They are quite fun abroad though..

Niamh.
15-09-2015, 09:22 AM
No, never liked them even when I was younger. I was always pretty lazy and hated queueing and standing so I prefer late bars if I want to stay out. Also, I hate dancing

Yes with my other girlfriends. We do bets on who could get themselves a man by the end of the night. Sadly, I get drunk and end up getting myself a woman instead.

Crimson Dynamo
15-09-2015, 01:30 PM
yes in my teens and and 20s mainly. When I used to go to clubs in my teens the scoop was the girls all danced and you would go up to one if a good song came on and ask them if they wanted to dance...then when the song finished you want back to your drink

:omgno:

the E culture changed all that

Also if was horrible to wake up the next morning after a club and your clothes reeked of fag smoke

Every 3-4 weeks. Liverpool's generally considered an amazing place for a night out but I've grown a bit tired of it over the past year. I prefer pubs and bars but they all close around 12-1 to make way for the clubs, and by that point you want to stay out so just go to them anyway.

I go clubs every night when I'm in Barcelona though, much better experience going out with a huge group of strangers and having a good time than just going the same 4 or 5 places with the same friends for the 500th time.

I really want to go out for my 18th to either Liverpool or Manchester but I'll end up at Cruise in Chester and I'll end up being that girl whos spent ages getting ready in a stupidly high pair of heels sitting in a door way sitting in my own vomit.

I am the worst drunk, I make a massive fuss and tell people I love them and then I either cry or laugh hysterically at nothing haha

but to answer the actual question of the thread, i hate nightclubs. i hate dancing and i hate getting drunk. the only good thing about nightclubs is how easy it is to kiss girls and not care about it

i'd rather just go out to a pub with a group of friends and get food and stuff. even better if the pub lets you do drinking games and ****
