was SD+N highlighted when you pressed saved changes
Here you can select any number of forums to exclude from the forums list, from "get new" search and from "get daily" search.
the sub-forum will appear on the most active forums task bar but the threads will not appear..do you use 'New Post' ?

What if there is a topic posted in Serious Debates that you were interested in? You would miss it.

Sometimes I have restless nights worrying that, one day, there will be a fascinating news story involving Ben Adams from CBB6... (the only subforum I have on ignore).

What you could do is bookmark this link- http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/forums/search.php?do=getnew&exclude=61
That is New posts link with exclude=61 added to it.
