Although really I don't like dramas, I don't like sci-fi, I have no interest in professional ballroom dancing, cars or baking, so all of this stems from that tbh

Well if somebody doesn't like a show that is quite popular then it make ssense for them to find it overrated.

Like for example I know Breaking Bad is a massively popular show and that's fine, but while I enjoyed what I saw it wasn't one of my favourite shows, not by a long shot.

I thought last years series was okay. It was nowhere near the best, but it was way better than the dire 2013 series. Do agree about the line-up though. They had some pretty good names rumoured for last year iirc, but most of them pulled out last minute or were obviously BS so we got...Jake Quickenden instead.

That show needs an overhaul though. It's been the same since bloody 2006. It's getting stale.

Series 9 was the last enjoyable series for me. Since then it's been dull. It even began decreasing in ratings after that too. It used to get around over 2m per episode now it gets around 1.5m per episode. And I agree about Gino. I like him in general, but he's on it far too much and I don't really think CJ is his thing. Don't get why they made him a captain for a whole series, either.

Chris Ramsay is on it far too much as well.

Yeah I liked Kai and he contributed to Season 6 being better than 5 imo. :)

Oh and I do look forward to IAC, but I really don't understand why its still one of the highest rated shows on TV when nothing has changed about the format mostly since inception. Sky diving, split camps which merge upon the arrival of two new contestants, then a week and a half at the end with an eviction every night until the final.
