it changes to a different keyboard when you want to use capitals, so you don't have to hold down the shift key and type in the key.
New sort of control panel towards the left of the home page, has like all you popular contacts and Apps.

Yep you can get it on the 4S, but it's the oldest phone in the list.
So next year you probably won't be able to get IOS10, if you still have the 4S.
