yes i do. I have weights at home now but was very into it for a while. Short duration but max intensity is the key

The amount of people i see at gyms who have no clue what to so, have poor form and lift too light weights is amazing.

I could count on one hand over the years the amount of women who lift weights and when they do lift properly

I hate exercise, going into the gym and everybody's in their own world pounding the treadmill, sweating everywhere....yuk!

And why does the swimming pool have to be sooooo cold, it must be tropical for me!

So my exercise is walking my dogs, hiking, and i love playing on the kids playgrounds the really good ones that have aerial slides, climbing walls and assault courses, i'm also very good at climbing trees:laugh:

I still keep as fit as I need to be. Eating sensibly and exercising and hard work keep me as I want to be.

I do whole body resistance exercise 4 times a week and I do Zumba class once a week. For me its not about gaining muscle but about core body strength and balance.

We are both high wall climbers and so its important to have strength, stamina and remain light in weight.

My claim to fame is, I can do pull ups on two fingers :)

I train 5-6 times a week, different body parts and cardio twice a week. If my schedule is too busy I will still find time on my lunch break to do some military style exercises. Variation is key aswell. I also love stretching and feel THAT is one of the most underrated exercises.

I'm lucky to have a gym at work and I run. Well, not since I broke my leg, but I'm getting back there.

My claim to fame is that I've completed the commando training course at Lympstone.

I tell you what though, if your a thousand feet up and you need to swing out on a spit of rock you can only get two fingers on, you will discover you have incredible strength!

Saying that, its not something a big muscular bloke could do but its kind of fun watching them try.

I still do Circuit Training (Cardio-Vasc workouts) once a week. I used to run 8 miles per day 5 or 6 days per week, but that's out now due to damaged knees which would be exacerbated by it. (I'm told pounding along pavements for so many years CAUSED the problem in the first place. :bawling:)

My claim to fame is that I once was runner up in a Yorkshire Fitness contest only losing out narrowly to a super sculptured black boxer from Leeds who became one of my best friends for a number of years.

That was 150 years ago though.

Kirk give her a Short Skirt style Dress
then she Comes Alive.

I would give her a Wrestle - not bloody
Fair and Square
she may beat me,
I may beat her

I would have tight pants on
so my balls are more protected

I would run bets on it ,
who would win?
